WHAT IS SMALL GROUP TRAINING CAMP?
SMALL GROUP TRAINING CAMP is a more focused approach to adult fitness. With no more than 7 classmates, each session is personally designed for you and your small group. You choose your days per week (3) and we do the rest. We monitor your goals, nutrition, hear-rate and progress. We even have some fun competitions like which group burns the most calories in a month or has the best attendance etc. Each member receives a leading-edge assessment called the Functional Movement Screen found in most elite level training centers and physical therapy clinics. This screen tells us what movement patterns need cleaning up to allow you to move and feel better, ultimately helping you move more often and shed any unwanted fat. All of the coaches in this special program are also nutrition coaches and will guide you through the maze of what's good and what's bad, quickening your progress to achieve your goals. Once a class is up to 7 members it closes out to new participants. We are excited to bring this advanced style of coaching to our adult population. And we are excited to have you as a member.

TRAINING CAMP LARGE GROUP is a 60 minute workout with up to 15 members per coach teamed with nutrition coaching and challenges. With support coming from the area's best instructors, your nutrition coach and classmates, you are steps away from a fit, healthy, and energized you. We focus daily on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. In a nutshell our program is designed to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life.

If you are an adult who is continuously looking to raise the bar, ARMY OF STRENGTH is for you. This is a challenging program for adults who want the most elite training.
