YOUTH ATHLETE PERFORMANCE TRAINING CLASSES
*ALL CLASS TIMES, DAYS, AND ASSIGNED COACHES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE*
Classes designated as "D1" are an advanced level training program for College and High School Athletes. Athletes must demonstrate the ability to proficiently perform high-level lifts. Attendance is by invitation only/Testing prerequisite is required.
Classes designated as Strength & Fitness Foundations teach principles and preparation to all youth new to Sarge Athletics and/or sport performance. Testing pre-requisite is required to advance to Athlete Training.
