No MyZone yet? Talk to Sarge or text us at 301-450-6114! We currently have SIX available in house for purchase, or have discount codes for you to order your own (we recommend the MZ 3).

​How does it work? This one is simple. Only the Green MEPs you earn from November 15 through December 15 will count.

This levels the playing field, so that it's not all about chasing those big yellow MEPs, or taking it only easy with those gray and blue MEPs. The Green Zone is a wonderful zone for strength-training, and a great goal for us all to stay active during this holiday season!

Our special Friends & Family workouts this month, plus our usual training offerings will help you earn these MEPs.

MEPS can be earned in-or-out of the Training Center. 
The Challenge takes place inside of the MyZone app. If you have one connected with us, you're automatically IN.
