STEP 2 - HUDDLE UP
During our huddle, we discuss the Game Plan face to face about goals, both short and long term. With athletes we discuss sports related goals and keys to success, while setting up a plan on how to efficiently surpass them. This part of our process even addresses bad-habits & distractions that may ultimately hinder your performance and keep you from reaching your goals. We then make recommendations to the athlete and parents that put the plan in place. We use the same process for adults, except we do so to improve your health, movement, confidence, and lifestyle.
