SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

WHAT IS SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING?

Semi-private fitness training combines the benefits of private training with the motivation and social support of a small group. It is an excellent option for people who want the attention and expertise of a personal trainer, but also appreciate the camaraderie and motivation that comes from working out with others.

In a semi-private training session, you will be working with a personal trainer who will create a customized workout plan based on your individual needs and goals. The coach will also provide you with guidance and support throughout your personalized workout, helping you to improve your form, increase your intensity, and achieve better results.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES
TRAINING CAMP SMALL GROUP is a more focused approach to adult fitness. With no more than 8 classmates, each session is personally designed for you and your small group. You choose your days per week (3) and we do the rest. We monitor your goals, nutrition, heart rate and progress. We even have some fun competitions like which group burns the most calories in a month or has the best attendance, etc. All of the coaches in this special program are also nutrition coaches and will guide you through the maze of what's good and what's bad, quickening your progress to achieve your goals.

LARGE GROUP CLASSES
TRAINING CAMP LARGE GROUP is a 60 minute workout with up to 15 members per coach teamed with nutrition coaching and challenges.  With support coming from the area's best instructors, your nutrition coach and classmates, you are steps away from a fit, healthy, and energized you. We focus daily on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. In a nutshell our program is designed to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life. ​

If you are an adult who is continuously looking to raise the bar, ARMY OF STRENGTH is for you.
