Speed Training + Strength Training = Unstoppable Fitness Formula
Speed School is designed for youth-aged to college-level Athletes of all skill levels. Athletes are divided into three groups based on a skills assessment. 75-minute training sessions, three times per week are led by both a Speed Coach and Strength Coach. Coaches train Athletes to develop the necessary speed techniques seen in track sports (sprints, hurdles, jumps) and acquire explosive strength and power to improve acceleration, change of direction, top speed, endurance, and speed under fatigue. Athletes will become faster, stronger, agile, and more confident.
Rob Dixon, is a USTAF Level 1 Certified Coach. Coach Rob trains Athletes in the elements of proper speed techniques. A Strength & Conditioning Coach focuses on increasing the Athlete’s explosive strength and power. Coaches work collaboratively on the program to create dynamic training sessions each week.
Speed School runs in 3 or 6 month development cycles. Days and times are listed under the Schedule tab.
