ROTC & MILITARY PREP

Our ROTC class meets three days per week after school.  Each class is designed to prepare the individual for the military tests as well as the physical rigours and demands they will see in the service.  All classes are taught by a former service member that understands the exercise science needed, emotional and physical demands, as well as the best way to achieve a high fitness test score.  When candidates that have gone through our program are home on breaks, they will come in and guest-teach the classes with the instructors to give clients a first hand feel for what ROTC is actually like.  This will help them shape their expectations prior to beginning their journey.
