STEP 2 - ATHLETE EVALUATION
Adding load (weights) to dysfunction without beginning correction of the poor movement patterns is sin. We believe it is vital to know where an athlete is before throwing them in a program that adds weight and power to dysfunction. To better understand their starting point, each athlete receives a 15 point evaluation looking at running form, seed mechanics, jumping and landing technique and the industry standard Functional Movement Screen (FMS). This detailed process detects movement faults and concerns. We then can create a training program (MAP) to start the journey to better movement and add strength and power to that movement.
